Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation Notice

Since our products are perishable and handcrafted specifically for each order, we require a minimum of 7 days' noticeprior to the scheduled shipping or delivery date for any cancellation.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

If a cancellation request is made with less than 7 days' notice, the order will have already entered the production and logistics phase. Therefore, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted. No refunds will be issued as premium ingredients and labor have already been dedicated to your specific order.

3. Refund Process

For cancellations that meet the 7-day requirement: The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Any changes to the shipping address must be requested before the shipping label is generated. Once Johanny's Cakes & Cookies hands the package over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot redirect the shipment or cancel the order due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Business Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to the unavailability of specific ingredients or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a 100% refund will be issued.
