Refund Policy

1. Perishable Goods (Food Items)

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and cakes, we do not accept returns. Once a food item has left our kitchen, it cannot be returned or resold for health and safety reasons.

2. Quality and Satisfaction

At Johanny's Cakes & Cookies, we take great pride in the quality of our artisanal products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@johannyscookies.com within 24 hoursof receiving your package.Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographs.We will review each case individually. Refunds, replacements, or credits are issued at our sole discretion.

3. Damages During Shipping

We take every precaution to package our products securely. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or improper handling after delivery.If your order arrives severely damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must keep all original packaging and the damaged product, as the carrier may require evidence for a claim.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:Incorrect Address:If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

 If the carrier is unable to deliver the package or if the package is left unattended and expires or is stolen.

Late Delivery:

 While we guarantee our processing times, we cannot refund orders due to carrier delays caused by weather, high seasonal volume, or logistical issues.

Cancellations:Orders cancelled with less than 7 days' noticeare not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:It will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.Please allow 5 to 10 business daysfor your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
