Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $55.00.

Theft or Loss:
Johanny's Cakes & Cookies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. We recommend ensuring that your delivery location is secure.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
